We started our production in 1995 from scratch with no experience at all in the recycling sector. But we learned fast and expanded fast from a single production unit in to an extended machinery park. We could easily say that innovative ideas and a lot of guts brought us where we are standing now, being the market leader in the production of sustainable products in recycled plastic.

HOW WE RECYCLE
01.
Selection of raw material
Our quality of profiles starts with the selection and mixing of the different plastics types Pe and PP.
The plastic waste is washed, grinded, agglomerated and mixed and so regenerated into a new raw material ready to create our wonderful furniture.
02.
Thought out production process
The PE-PP raw material is mixed with masterbatches and other additives to improve the product. This typical Govaplast blend is melted into a homogenous mass under high temperature and injected into moulds. These moulds are cooled down, after which the boards are automatically pushed out. The final profiles can be sawn to size after 48 hours. The boards can be recycled after use.
